Roofs – If you plan to install a new roof, there are important specifications which must be met. Changing roofing material requires PRE-APPROVAL by the BOARD.
Outbuildings – Construction of cabanas, greenhouses, gazebos, playhouses and similar buildings need to be approved by the Board BEFORE construction.
Trash Storage – All trash and garbage storage must be screened from public view. This includes the large green Edmond refuse containers.
Boats – NO parking and/or storage of boats, trailers and recreational vehicles are allowed in the neighborhood.
Signs – The ONLY signs allowed in yards are those offering the property for sale or rent. Realtor signs are NOT allowed at the entrance except on the day of an open house.
