This week’s Yard of the Week winner is Jeff Butler, 1813 Tahlequah Drive.  Jeff has done a nice job maintaining his yard and keeping everything green and looking good.  Keep up the great work, Jeff!

Our new entry sign was installed this week and it really looks great!  Several residents have emailed the board to express how nice it looks.  Thanks!  We are all excited to finally have it place.  We still have a few minor adjustments to make to the landscaping (shrubs, plants and tree trimming), but the new sign really stands out.  It will really make a positive statement to all who enter our wonderful neighborhood.  A few photos of the sign are shown below.  Enjoy!
