Thanksgiving is almost here and it seems like the time flies by quicker and quicker every year. Before we know it, Christmas will soon be here. Before we start thinking about that, try to enjoy and relax on Thursday and have a great Thanksgiving!
Please keep an eye out for an announcement later this weekend about the Annual AVHOA Holiday Lighting Contest. Our neighborhood firemen from station 4 will be performing the judging again this year! We appreciate having them close by and they are always very enthusiastic to come visit us for our annual contest. So, retrieve all of your lights and decorations and get started hanging them now. There will be 3 different categories for this year’s contest. More details to come…
We also wanted to remind residents that we mailed annual dues notices. Your payment will need to be postmarked by 12/31/12 and mailed to the address listed on the invoice (Arrowhead Valley HOA, 4004 Chickasha, Edmond, OK 73013). Dues this year are $200.00 (same as last year). In accordance with our By-Laws (Article XVI, Section 7-8) and our Covenants (Article VII, Section 7-8), dues over 30 days will incur a monthly 1 1/2% interest charge until paid in full.
